At FLATED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure mailer of your choice.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the package reaches our warehouse.
